…and the elk and goats too.  Despite a quick and unexpected rain shower, Tiny Assistant and I made our first journey of the season to the local zoo.  It is really a little treasure around here…I went when I was her age and now she begs to go as soon as there is talk of Spring. Logistically, it is very “Mommy Friendly” as well: close to home, inexpensive, fairly small in size.  We had a great time this afternoon and will return frequently throughout the coming months.

 

Tiny Assistant got to use a map and take a pony ride…all is right with the world.
