Family Portraits – Avalon, NJ, June 2013

I took a little field trip to photograph this lovely family…I had previously reconnected, via social media, with a friend from grade school (yes, grade school!) who now lives in Illinois. Her family was set to vacation in Avalon, NJ and asked if I could make it there to take some portraits…um, of course!

On location at the shore…the surf, the sand! Not this time! The vacation home and setting was so wonderful, we opted to “work” around the house. We did make a pit stop at The Princeton for a few couple photos…as I had not been there in quite some time, I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful the “new” veranda was. Though a fairly large group, everyone seemed to enjoy our time and the kids were just too adorable. It was truly a pleasure to work with this family!
